The T.REX MED-C Pouch (sold separately) and MED-C Fill Kit were designed to provide as much trauma care capability as possible while maintaining a manageable form factor. The Pocket MED-C allows you to carry the fundamental items to treat massive hemorrhages and address respiratory injuries, with a pair of gloves included for proper protection. The MED-C Fill Kit comes vacuum-sealed for convenience, but our Pocket MED-C is recommended for easier access. To further add to your everyday medical supplies, we recommend pairing this kit with the CoTCCC-approved TQ of your choice.

TERMINOLOGY
- Tension Pneumothorax: This is a condition where air accumulates in the chest cavity, creating pressure and potentially causing a collapsed lung. The Greek words pneumo & pneuma mean “lungs” or “air.” Therefore a pneumothorax is air in the chest cavity outside the lungs (also called the pleural space). In some cases, the pressure of both the lung and the tension pneumothorax can apply pressure to the heart muscle, which could be urgent and deadly.
