This lightweight chest rack can be worn attached to your plate carrier via QASM buckles or stand alone with a harness. The rack holds four 5.56 or 7.62 magazines via a patented combat adjustable mag pouches, two pistol mags, and has two general purpose pouches, the smaller of which will hold one M67 grenade. It is in like new condition and does not come with a harness or back strap.
