Shipping
Domestic
We charge a flat rate of $8.00 for most orders that we ship domestically. However, a limited number of items (such as body armor, night vision, helmets, and TA Targets) are very expensive to ship, and we will charge an increased flat rate for orders containing those products.
All orders over $600.00 will ship with “Signature Required” for delivery. If you would like to remove the need for a signature, please email [email protected] with your order number stating that request.
International Shipping
All international orders are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
We DO ship to APO/FPO addresses, but please be advised that not all of them accept holsters.
International orders vary in price based on destination. For more on this, you can refer to our International Shipping Article.
International orders may take longer than the stated lead time depending on destination, address confirmation, or compliance issues.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express International services. We have found DHL Express to be the most reliable carrier for international shipments, as they offer real-time tracking services and competent Customer Service throughout the entire shipping process. Delivery is generally made within 2-8 business days, pending customs clearance. The shipping charge for your order does not include import duties, tax, VAT, tariffs, or any other fees charged by the carrier for customs clearance. You are responsible for paying these fees upon delivery.
Our lead time fluctuates depending on the time of year. However, our custom lead time is generally 2-4 weeks, depending on the kind of holster ordered and how customized it is.

*Please note that many of these countries are restricted under United States ITAR, and some are further restricted based on fraud or shipping difficulties.
*No firearms will be shipped outside the United States under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel your order with notice if there is a problem with your order. If you have questions about an order that has been canceled, please email us at [email protected].
We are not currently accepting dealers. If it appears you are ordering large quantities of products with the intent to re-sell, we may cancel your order.
Return Policy

Boneyard
All Boneyard sales are final. They are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Holster purchased through there still have a lifetime warranty.
Retail
We can accept returns on retail products within 30 days of purchase so long as the item is in new condition and is returned in the manufacturer’s original packaging. The packaging must be unopened and undamaged. We do not issue a refund for the original shipping cost, as the carrier has already rendered its services.
Kydex
Holsters can be returned within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the holster. The holster does not need to be in new condition to qualify for a return. We want you to use the holster how you normally would, then if you still have any complaints, we’re happy to help you with a return. However, our Customer Service team is here to troubleshoot any fitment or carry issues you may have before moving forward with a return.
Sales/Discounted Items
Discounts will not be applied to your order if placed outside of the sale timeframe. Returns initiated in order to receive a discount may be refused and returned to the sender.
