If you want an extra layer of protection and organization for your Rite in the Rain notebook, this kit is a good option. It comes with a small top spiral notebook, a CORDURA zipper cover/pouch, and a Rite in the Rain metal clicker all-weather pen. Rite in the Rain’s highly engineered waterproof paper will keep your notes from being destroyed by rain, sweat, grease, or mud and the metal clicker pen will allow you to write in wet conditions…. even fully submerged under water. A regular graphite pencil or crayon will also write in wet conditions and a regular permanent marker will write in dry conditions.
