HOLSTER PRODUCTION OPERATOR
Pay: $17.00 – $24.00/hour (Depending on Experience)

Location: Onsite
Holster Production (manufacturing) plays an essential part in the T.REX mission which includes equipping citizens to defend life and extend liberty. At T.REX we understand that for every holster we manufacture, there’s a customer waiting for it so that they can carry their firearms safely. It’s because of this that we take the job seriously and lead the industry in delivering customized holsters in record time. This job is great for people who are detail-oriented and enjoy teamwork.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment safely (equipment may include CNC machine, heat press, bench grinder, drill press, grommet press, cordless drill).
- Perform quality checks on all holsters and record any problems detected.
- Solve problems with the help of your supervisor or other team members.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Always improve process and organization. There are always opportunities for improvement, and we expect each team member to look for them.
Requirements:
Team members must be able to:
- Stand on concrete for a full shift (normally 8 hours).
- Follow instructions precisely.
- Learn from coworkers.
- Be flexible with their work each day. (Each team member will be cross-trained on multiple jobs so that they can help as needed).

HOLSTER DEVELOPER
Pay: $23.00 – $30.00/hour (Depending on Experience)

Location: Onsite
Create and maintain holster designs via CAD development, mold processing, research, and testing.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Use CAD to create models and assemble our mold assemblies in Fusion 360
- Follow processes and checklists, log changes for iterative designs
- Communicate with other team members to document feedback and communicate design specifics
- Track and organize multiple designs, versions, and prototypes in various stages of development
- Able to give a methodical report of findings and suggestions for next steps
Requirements:
- Fluent in basic computer skills
- Precise in thought and intention
- Problem-solving skill and patience
- Comfortable using organization systems and checklists
- ClickUp
- Fusion 360 (Previous experience preferred)
